Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Art-Official Intelligence LLC ("AOI", "we") collects through CreateYourOwnAI.org, including our forms and Creo, the site's AI assistant, and what we do with it. We're a small studio in Atlanta, Georgia. Questions go to hello@createyourownai.org.
What we collect
- What you send us in a form (Let's Build, Let's Connect, and contact forms): your name, email, phone number, organization, and whatever you tell us about your project or event.
- Chats with Creo. The messages you type are sent to our server and to our AI model provider to produce Creo's replies. The chat history is kept in your own browser for that tab and is cleared when you close it. We don't keep a copy of your chat, with two exceptions:
- If you ask Creo to pass your details to us, we receive your name, the contact details you confirm, what you need, and a short copy of the recent chat so we know what you asked.
- If you ask Creo to check a website, we receive the site's address and the results of the check, labeled with a random chat ID (not your name).
- Technical information. Your IP address is held briefly in our server's memory to limit abuse (for example, too many messages in a short time). Our server logs record counts, such as how long a reply was, not what you wrote.
- Learning progress. Progress in our free self-paced workshops and your certificate details are saved only in your own browser.
How we use it
To answer you, follow up about what you asked for, scope and deliver projects and workshops, and keep the site running and protected. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking tools on this site.
Who helps us process it
We use a few service providers, and only for running our business:
- An AI model provider, which processes Creo chat messages to generate replies. Under its commercial terms it doesn't use them to train its models, and it may keep them for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring.
- Website hosting.
- Workflow automation and record-keeping tools that deliver form submissions and Creo requests to our inbox and records.
- Our email provider.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and contact details as long as we need them to respond and to work with you, and we delete them when you ask.
Your choices
- Email hello@createyourownai.org to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
- If we ever send you marketing email, every message will include a way to opt out, and we'll honor it.
- We don't text you for marketing unless you've clearly agreed to it.
- Do Not Track: because we don't track visitors across websites, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Creo is an AI
Creo is an AI assistant, not a person, and it can make mistakes. Nothing Creo says is a quote, a contract, or a promise. Pricing, timelines, and commitments come only from AOI directly.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13. Creo is instructed not to collect contact details from anyone who says they're under 13. If we learn we've received a child's personal information, we delete it. Workshops for schools and youth groups are arranged with the adults responsible.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
